Since 2012, I've brought a friendly approach to estate sales and take personal pride in every aspect from start to finish.
My background as both a real estate agent and an antique store owner uniquely enhances my ability to help clients through the often-times stressful and overwhelming process of having an estate sale.

Our Services
Consultation
Our process starts with a consultation to determine what your exact needs are and how best to meet them. Whether you have a small home or a warehouse, we’ll make a plan that’s right for you and your situation.
Organization
The next step is discovering all of the treasures that your estate has to offer, cleaning and disposing of trash as we go along. We then organize everything and take great pride in our display and sale presentation.
Assessment
One of the most important stages is the research and pricing. Our team takes great care to make a thorough assessment of the value and market for everything in your estate. We can also assist with finding collectors and buyers for special or high-value items.
Advertising
Once the sale is ready, we employ several advertising methods to ensure a high attendance. Along with our extensive and constantly growing email list, we also put notices on our Facebook page and in the local newspaper, as well as place signs throughout the neighborhood.
Sale Days
Our sales run four days, Thursday-Sunday, ensuring maximum attendance and sales. The first two days are full price, while Saturdays and Sundays are discount days.
Cleanup
We offer the option of a full cleanup after the sale, including taking inventory of unsold items and boxing them for donation. If desired, we can perform a general cleaning of the home to ensure a smooth transition for realtors and sale of the property.
